Kill Toonces, Please

Just saw on Twitter Leroy "Showtime" Paige released his Top 10 yesterday and used Toonces to represent LSU. Is there a reason why LSU hasn't eradicated this awful representation of Mike from the Internet or why people are still confused as to what our revised Tiger head logo looks like?
Only posting because this is not an isolated incident and it seems, like its namesake, Toonces won't die.
