You left out the part where I said minus a moment or two. And he was deservedly fired a month later..Overall though, he was pretty tame here with the media/fans.

I agree with this. I also think BK thought way more highly of himself and his experience than he should have. He saw O won it all and discounted the hard work O put in to do so. Woody/BK will go down as quite possibly the worst deal in history.

I genuinely wouldn’t care if he got in front of a mic and completely froze up. As long as he produces where he actually needs to produce.
It’s a plus to have someone who isn’t like that though and seems capable of working a crowd. Makes things easier for you when people want to be around you.

I actually don't think that Kiffin is really all that great at these things - but compared to Kelly - he comes across like Will Wade.

Nobody hated Les more than me, but you have to give him credit for winning a national title and having tough arse teams. Kelly instilled a very soft mindset and his players played like it.
