I'm sorry but this is RIDICULOUS.
This crap is destroying college football. Yeah, we can feast on one and done's but look at bigger picture. This is not good for the game.
That is difference with NFL. At least in NFL there is a focus on preserving the game itself. No such case in college football as every tinpot homeboy judge, booster, and coach thinks he is a god unto himself, the actual game of college football be damned. It is going to implode.

This ruling makes sense and is only basically applied to this year. They changed the college to 5yr. These guys had already declared for draft and didn’t realize they had a 5th yr. This isn’t something that will go into the future and should be just a one year loophole to be fair to those it applies to this year.

Lane is doing CFB a favor, just like he did with the faking of injuries. In order to force change, you have to abuse it at an absurd level. Only then will change happen.
