The LSU OL has the same effect on me. Miles/Grimes OL recruiting:

Can't comment on Cregg yet. Too early. No evidence yet.

It’s crazy that Canada ran a conventional offense all these years and then just decided to incorporate all kinds of crazy shifts and motions when he came to LSU, and he managed to do it all without O ever knowing about it.

O has done a number of questionable things since they removed the interim HC tag. The most egregious was hiring Canada in the first place. It was almost a knee jerk hire without doing due diligence. It wasn't a good fit.
However, it was not a questionable to fire Canada.
Time will only tell if Ensminger can get the job done and he working without a bell cow running back, an inexperienced quarterback and an offensive line with question marks.
The recruiting cycle will ultimately determine Orgeron's viability. If he can keep the homegrown talent at LSU he has a chance. If not, it's the middle of the end.

Lane Kiffin is slowly becoming one of my favorites in the sports world today.

In the long run, Kiffin will regret not coming to work for O instead of taking that shitty job he's at now. Unfortunately, we will regret it more...

He’s a better coach than O. Of course I would take him over O.

You’re half right. I have not seen the evidence of excellent coaching.
except for taking Bama to the playoffs in his first season as Bama's OC --- with Blake Sims at QB.
And then winning it all with Jake Coker.
And then taking an FAU program that went 3-9 for three straight years and immediately going 11-3.

Yeah, that's not good coaching at all.

I just don't understand how some people are so blinded by emotions. Look, I also think Kiffin is a tool, but that doesn't cloud my judgment. He's a very good coach.

Lane Kiffen is a horrible human being with excellent coaching skills.
Every time I hear Kiffin's name I remember a review/quote about It's Always Sunny In Philidelphia: "Horrible people, great show"

You just hit the nail on the head with the coaching world's version of that review.

uh, coming here from Bama would've been a lateral move for Kiffin, at best.

And he's killing it at FAU and will parlay that into a Power5 job very soon.

P&G goggles, once again.
