It was included in the Notice of Allegations, No. 7. So it’s not some rumor I picked up and posted. Granted the Cmte did not find evidence, but it must have had some legs to appear in the NoA.

Well I think McLoser is a criminal, he’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing, a thief that has stolen $9mill from LSU that hides behind the persona of an angel. He has a great family, a nice person, and made some fans plus Admin feel he is a victim of “teams aren’t fair” while smoozing himself into 3.1million more dollars, and supposedly more NIL money. All the while he hasn’t won anything and has a legion of McLosers clamoring for more. Now if that’s not one of the smartest thieves in history of LSU, and to top it off he has magically swindled us for another year of horrific coaching. Stealing in broad daylight right before our eyes and if you dare say anything negative about him you get chastised. Don’t even think about mentioning WW who cheated carelessly but did it to make LSU a better basketball program and he did.

Given the hole Wade put the program in (and the fact that LSU MBB isnt the same dream job that football, baseball, WBB is), Woodward had to overpay no matter who it was.
Shouldn’t be an issue going further.

Allegations and violations aren’t the same thing. ESPN and the IARP report are definitely not the same thing.
The IARP report found that he paid an ex players ex fiancée who was extorting him. No payments to players, ESPN is not news it’s fake news.

Imagine reading this thread and thinking this is some sort of gotcha.
We are going into year 4 with next to zero hope of making the tournament much less a sweet 16.
I didn’t expect a sweet 16 in year 1. Hell I didnt and dont expect a sweet 16 in year 4. I don’t think its unreasonable to think we should have more than 3 SEC wins in year 3 and think it’s unacceptable that we have to have a total roster rebuild going in to year 4 in *HOPES* to be on the bubble for the tourney.
This would be akin to a Stanford fan expecting a bowl game in year 3.
Once again as an aside for context LSU had more total wins than Kentucky the preceding 4 years prior to McMahon

Once again there is no expectation of a sweet 16 in year 1.
ANY reasonable fan should be able to expect more than 3 SEC wins in year 3. The returning players is not an excuse as proved by multiple 1st year coaches in this tournament.
How many years does it take to build a NCAA tournament team at LSU with the current rules?
Wade did it in year 2.
Johnny Jones did it in year 3 and he was having to start a tuba player year 1.
These were under the old transfer rules too.
BTW the McMen cry all the time about the cupboard- he had 4 starters from NCAA tournament teams on that first team 2 of which were returning players to LSU

If he's a criminal, Scott Woodward is a criminal mastermind. But, not a good analogy imo. Just a cocky AD who gave a terrible hire an atrocious contract

You can't be this stupid, comparing KY to LSU in basketball. But yet, here you are.
I'll give you a hint....pretty much any coach can win in college, as long as he has the nil to get quality players. LSU tried to go the cheap route....it didn't work. Now, we apparently are going to spend money this year. We will see how that works out. I'm one that thinks it is more about the jimmy's and joe's......

Oddly, they only have one McDonalds AA on the team and he does not start (Brandon Garrison).
Most of the starters are 4 yr players coming in.
