That's horse shite. They could temporarily switch the feed for the Louisiana markets. Who really gives two shits about Lastros? If a Fox Sports affiliate is broadcasting the game, they should be able to provide it for people in the areas of interest.

The game will be on FCS Atlantic, that part is simple.
On satellite Friday's game will be on FSN South. For Saturday it will an alternate FSN South channel. For a decade now COX has done a poor job of communicating it, but if they want they can show the FSN South game on channel 38 and preempt the FSN Southwest broadcast. Their DVR guide sucks and even calling them isn't likely to help. Tune in channel 38 when the game starts and cross your fingers.
Since FCS is the only sure way with COX, call and order the sports package that has the FCS channels. That used to be $5 a month, no idea what it is now...

Cox.com says it's normally a local religious programming channel. Jimmy Swaggart is on right now
It's part of the starter pak according to the website, so basically everyone should (I emphasize should) have it.

Any word from EATEL ? WHY can't LSU send out a flyer indicating ALL the area channels/providers, the game is on....this guessing game is pure BULLSHITE !

We were lucky to have gotten the coverage of LSU baseball in the late 90's/early 00's. Cox Sports always used to have the game. And then the Hornets came on the scene, and there went that luxury.
I know the NBA is a much bigger deal. Just sucks that's the way it is, especially when we all know the Hornets are intentionally tanking the season.
