Sucks that we most likely won’t win the SEC, but hopefully Jay can set us up for a postseason hot streak to win the big one.

I've said it already but I'll say it again...If you want to crucify Jobert that's fine..
His error was in the OF with 2 outs and everyone running on contact. White had an error on an infield hit. Both bad plays, but Jobert’s situation killer him.

One was way worse than the other. If you think they are equivalent, I don’t know what to say..
They're both routine plays for D1 SEC baseball players. They both would have been out number 3. They both allowed the inning to continue which allowed 5 runs to score. Only difference is the ground ball came first.

That’s all fine but Jobert gave UK life. We go into the dugout up 6-3. Tanks didn’t give up 3 runs. Jobert had an easier play.
Jobert’s shite base running cost us a run as well. He’s responsible for 4 runs at crucial times.
We lost as a team but Jobert was the most polarizing.
White contributes RBI. Jobert contributes.

We they really hit into 4 double plays? Might have been 3 but seemed like more.

Tre has got to cutout the spin out the box/show up the ump bs. It does him zero favors
He does it in an 0-0 count. It’s not showing up the imo, it’s just the way he approaches every pitch. He’s like Soto.

I think lsu drops it
They held back little, Hurd, Dutton, Collins, buck, guidry. etc.. and maybe Coleman I don't know how many more arms they can throw at us without our lineup doing some serious damage...idk, subtract a few catastrophic run costing plays that would suprise me to see repeated consecutive days.. optimistic

We’re #1 in the nation (until Monday) but in 6th place in the SEC. This league is brutal.

Morgan grounded to the 2B again

Kentucky is RPI#1 so if we take the series I don't understand how we lose the #1 position..not that it matters at this point

To take an extra base
Score from 2nd on a hit
Steal base when needed
Leg out infield hits
Stay out of double plays

We are not losing number 1 until we lose a series. I do have to say it is not looking good for tomorrow. They still have plenty in their bullpen. We have pitchers that can’t throw strikes. Someone tomorrow is gonna have to step up.

Was it Tre's spin that got the ump to screw our 8th inning AB as well in the same situation? Ump opened his zone wider than any other pitch this weekend on two walks in the most critical time of the game, ending the 8th and 9th. It's ridiculous and Tre's spin doesn't do shite for how the entire SEC staff of officials are calling this year.

Hard to argue against Wake Forest.
They’re 1-1 against teams currently in the top 25. LSU is 7-4.
I wouldn’t be shocked to see them jump us at some point, but there is certainly an argument that they haven’t been seriously tested yet.

Like on the throw in? I don't recall him legging out many doubles that weren't hit to the wall.

Score from 2nd on a hit
That's like the baseline qualification for a baserunner. Beloso can and has scored from 2nd on a hit.

Steal base when needed
He has 0 stolen bases this season

Well, considering how tonight ended...

Despite the injuries, it would be pretty Fkn cool if some pitchers (not named Skenes) could step up, stop hitting and walking so many damn batters
