I just wanted to go on record with this. He is something special. I hope he keeps his nose clean and plays on Sundays.

Great moves and quickness for a big guy. Blows defenders over as well. Hilliard could be a 1,500 yard type of guy if he could get the touches.

I don't think so

No back at LSU will ever get enough carries to be a Heisman winner

I think Les has seen this and is the reason he is taking carries from Ware. I think we'll see him be the bell cow next year with Ford, Ware, Blue filling the breather role.

If he's running over people like he's done his entire freshman year he will be the feature back and could easily be a candidate when LSU goes undefeated again next year

Him, Ford, and Blue have been great as of late. Hilliard wasn't a factor in the first game against BAMA , only had 1 carry, but if their is a rematch he could be a key guy.

Once again, Hilliard and the rest of our rbs will stay 4 years because they have been and will continue to be part of a "system" that exploits teams by using 4-5 rbs every game. Yes he is sick, but do not see him leaving early. This is the deepest and most talented (yea I said it) LSU rbs have ever been. With Ware, Ford, Blue, Hilliard, Magee, and Hill coming in January, we have only seen the beginning. High school "kids" that want to get 30 carries a game and win the Heisman will not accept into this type of scheme and will go else where. At this point, I am perfectly okay with that. This rb stable is absolutely sick and I love how they don't bitch about carries. Miles and crew have schemed and split carries amongst them perfectly.

He has great vision and patience. It will be fun watching him run over people for the next few years...
