The Advocate “In the last three games, LSU scored a combined 90 points. Asked about the turnaround throughout this two week stretch, the players often pointed to improved trust in one another and Kelly’s process.

“Coach Kelly has been coaching at a high level for many years…he knows what he’s talking about. He has a recipe for winning. It’s all about us buying in, trusting what he says, which was a hard thing with a new coach and new players.

As much as Kelly liked the fight in his players, he knew that would only get LSU so far…”We can’t rely on being great fighters, and we’re not anymore,” Kelly said.”We’re executing at a high level. We’re exerting our will. Our best players are now starting to play their best football, and they’re playing with a lot of confidence right now.”

TTT - Daniels and Perkins, LSU’s stars on the offense and defense are starting to play their best ball consistently, with the Oline and Dline stepping up too, LSU is a threat to beat anyone!

We are executing at a level as well as anyone in the top five currently.

There's a lot more to that list than just those two. I would throw Boutte, Taylor, Wingo, and Baskerville in that mix too.

In The Advocate, left tackle Will Campbell noted, “Lately, we’ve been getting stronger as the game goes on. You can see that on the last drive (vs Ole Miss). We had as much juice in the last drive as we did on the first one running it, coming downhill.”

That's a quote that'll get you pumped up for the remaining schedule.

We are. But we have weaknesses they don’t. I like our defensive backs, but they are grossly inferior to what Bama, Georgia and Ohio State have. Also, our interior defensive line, while fairly good, is not deep. (Thank goodness for Mekhi Wingo). Wingo, Roy and Guillory only give us one guy to rotate.

It would not surprise me if Saban tightens up his formations and pounds the football. This keeps 40 on the bench, or even if he plays he wouldn’t be chasing the QB. And it gives him the chance to wear down our interior line.

When your QB is executing at a high level, your Oline, running backs and receivers at a high level, and your defense can shut down explosive offenses, which is what LSU has Ben doing for two weeks, that’ll get you juiced up for the remaining schedule!

With the exception of Burrow. Daniels is executing at a high level unmatched among LSU previous QB’s. What more are you hoping for? Another Heisman?

I think we will fire Sark a year into SEC play, then hire a big name, and then it will take 2-3 seasons.

you'll adjust. you need to elevate your recruiting and adopt a different culture in your program; both which are very doable. ultimately, the players have to buy in. it doesn't hurt that the aggies seem to be slipping.

Kelly brought in Daniels, Perkins, two 5 star freshmen and a host of transfers that are starting. He hit home runs on all of them. Imagine next year and beyond?

That dude is a serious complete dumbfcuk…. Just about every talking head and former college football player turned analyst has had Daniels in their top 5 performers of the week the past 2 weeks. This week after Ole Piss he was a unanimous #1 on every list I have seen…
Dude is talking out of his arse.. trolling or is an ole piss fan and is still miserable
