He’s been flirting with leaving. I’m sure Kelly is trying to purge the ME first guys and he and Boutte have had a few talks about this.

Agree. So he was skipping meetings because he was hurt but he feels he needs NIL money while he is hurt though? This mindset of the players had to come from Orgeron and staff. It’s just amazing how self absorbed some of LSU’s players were/are.

It all started under Les but continued under Orgeron. Look at the results. Now we have a real coach and some players have been run off and we may have 1 or 2 more that need to go as well.

I don't think this means much. Are we seriously acting like players that are brought into LSU aren't focused on the NFL? You WANT the future NFL guys to produce well and leave.

That statement speaks to the player and not his relationship with Kelly.
Did you not get the sense that Boutte sounded selfish in that interview. Hopefully for Boutte he matures and has a prolonged career for himself. He needs T. Mathieu right now to mentor some perspective.

I think this may be what he was aiming for, but he handled the situation very, very poorly. That’s just all there is to it.
I hope Kelly tightens up media access and starts to train the players on what can and should be said to the media. You can tell O didn’t give a shite about any of that and just let them say whatever to whoever.
