If someone has that attitude they should get the frick regardless who it is.But because the NCAA is a joke they can go to your own conference in your own division which is stupid. The system is setup for players to have zero accountability. If they are trying to set them up to be professionals this isn’t a system built for that, this is a system for drama queens I’m above the team I’m free to go an play for wherever so you best kiss my arse. It’s all dumb

Good cop..bad cop. Kelly will toe the line but you can bet Hankton is working behind the scenes to smooth this over. Guys with Boutte's skill set get more latitude than other guys. That will be what happens here. After spring ball, Boutte will be a leader for this team.

So treat him like he’s the boss because he’s good?

bullshite. That's how you develop a locker room cancer. Superstar individual mentality is what got us where we are.

I gave you the scenario...Kelly will outwardly rebuke Boutte's attitude but will have assistant's bring him in line. In Kelly's presser he said that Boutte's a good player and that they would figure it out.

Should have let him go to Bama. What a horrible attitude. Still guys like Culotta will kiss his arse all day.

It’s just so toxic.

Imagine having the incredible task of resetting the culture of the program and having your star player say this out loud.

Why would you say that? Even if it is how he feels he has to be smart enough to know you don't say that. Seems like it was purposely said to make sure everyone knows where he stands. I feel like he is going to force BK's hand by doing this.

You think every kid that has an attitude problem gets run off? You're nuts! They have a process to deal with this. Kelly will be the alpha out-front but behind the scenes this will be dealt with. You have to go the extra mile with Boutte and if you don't think so you don't understand the money machine that is LSU football!

Maybe he’s trying to tell recruits to come here if you plan to play three years anyway?

frick him. Hopefully no one wasted any NIL money on him. Hope Kelly doesn't let him play a down this year and he slides in the draft for injury question marks

Boutte sounds like a good kid. Orgeron did such a tremendous job with this program

I thought CBK’s presser comments on this young man clearly indicate that he gets the talent, legacy culture issues and a need to establish greater accountability in this player. It’s a somewhat lengthier process. CBK loves process.

Dude you can’t have supposed star players saying to the media “ You don't want to be here longer than you need to"

You just can’t.

He speaks extremely poorly and incredibly poorly unarticulated in my opinion.

He mentions he's taken Kyren Lacy under his wing..However Kyren Lacy sounds much more inspired and hungry. Hopefully that dogshite attitude doesnt rub off.

If it's come in and get out, then it's not a big year for "us"... but for you.

We need Patrick Peterson’s and Justin Jefferson’s, not little boys like Ricks and Boutte.
