I love this for Kade, and honestly, I love it for all college players who get drafted and work their way through in a couple of years. To me that’s just how it’s supposed to be. I know there’s the occasional freak out of high school that goes straight in but I do like the college draft and work your way up situation.

I just don’t understand the AA to the Majors thing that the Mariners do. That’s a HUGE difference in competition. Hopefully Kade kills it.

This is pretty new in baseball, a lot of teams keep their high touted prospects in Doible A until they are ready for em. Triple A has started to become reserved for the career AAAA types
