Since I really don't know what happened, I'll blame neither.
There’s no need to “blame” anyone, that’s only people who want to trash Miles and or make excuses for O. Akers was the #2 RB, pretty much every one would have gone after him first. Clemson only recruited TE after they missed on another recruit. That’s how recruiting works, sometimes you miss, overall Miles more than demonstrated he could land elite RBs so trying to trash him because of one he missed is pointless.

Miles didn’t prioritize for years, I don’t think anyone can argue otherwise.
No one is.

Orgeron offered only 4 weeks after being named head coach, another unarguable point.

Clemson offered AFTER LSU, obviously offer timing wasn’t a factor to him.
Orgeron missed him then?

The attractiveness of a national championship team versus the chaos LSU went through with two seasons of Alleva trying to sack Miles is clear to see as well.
No one is arguing this.
Congrats on making points against no one but yourself.

You really suck as a poster. I've only stated the truth.

It's not hard RB. Miles didn't want him for years. You can't make up that ground in 4 weeks. Congrats on struggling to understand that.

Multiple years of no recruiting by Miles.
Immediate call by Oregon, offer 4 weeks later
Let's blame Orgeron - The Rant
Multiple linemen leave the program 3 months after Miles is fired.
Offensive line depth becomes a problem just weeks into the 2017 season.
Let's blame Miles - The Rant

Wow. What a well thought out, meaningful post and contribution to the rant, just like the rest of your posts
Similar to your contributions to this thread. Nobody twisted your arm and made you post in here. You came in here strictly to shut the thread up.

You said Miles didn't recruit Etienne. That's literally the opposite of the truth.

Don't let their high post counts fool you into thinking there is any significant amount of posters that believe the bs they spew.

Well unless you’re Clemson...
O was as hard after Akers as the previous regime was. He was considered the better prospect so it is what it is. There’s no need to rewrite history to give O a pass

Clemson did. Weird.

CLemson was the shiny new toy after your home school didn't want you for years. That shiny new toy just won the title. It's not hard at all to see why he left, unless your a Ranter.

Wait, you think Etienne camping and having visits scheduled is Miles NOT recruiting him?
Posted on 1/8/19 at 6:22 pm to The First Cut
Did Etienne take a wrong turn on his way home in Jennings and wander into junior day in Baton Rouge, or was he possibly invited?

RB, you really don't get that Miles had him beneath other backs and didn't offer him? Really?

Yeah, this thread is amazing
It's typical of many threads in the last week, just more retarded. A bunch of people who don't have a clue to the intricities doing gymnastics to either blame or absolve their favorite coach.
Etienne went to Clemson and it's a natural fit. I doubt There's really any blame to pass out.
