I wouldn't look at either in a vacuum. Isolated, of course losing McMillan is no big deal honestly. I'd worry that 1) If McMillan was that bad, then why weren't LN and MB ahead of him in the Spring. Does that say something about JM or the other two?
I just wouldn't automatically assume something wasn't botched in the process either.
