If you think that was bad, don't watch last year's game.

Those guys are still coaching this team.

I don't know what y'all want. The guy was fired after losing to them the next season. This will be Ed's 4th try against them. Let's see how we do this year. Then we can continue to blame Miles and extend Ed Orgeron.

how the hell did we actually do as well as we did under him!

He recruited his arse off and his players would move mountains for him.

Nope. I agree with some of your OP, but not this. Tell me if there has been any year since 2000 that you didn't start the season with hope that we would be pretty good that year. Including the last few of Miles,we have had the luxury of starting EVERY season with hope. The actual results are better and worse than we hoped for, but we have been on a 20 year run that most fan bases never get to experience! I am so grateful that I was not born a Razorback fan!

Remember, we gave a full ride 4 year scholarship to a kicker that couldn’t keep it between the sidelines, and didn’t even kick FG’s on his HS team.

I love these threads bashing a guy that actually beat Bama multiple times and was in position for two more victories against them in order to prop up a guy that we cheer for if we actually score. This is a stupid fanbase.

I hate reading shite like this. It’s the freakin rant b****. If you watch 2012 and see anything other than great talent held back by terrible play calling/scheme then clearly you should stick to watching other sports because you have no clue what you are looking at. Everyone understands win as team and lose as a team BS facts are facts. It’s not that hard to see that we were clearly offensively inept towards the end of the Les era.

And tell me, exactly how many of those were there in the 150 games or so Miles was HC?

It seems the Les fans just don’t understand that it’s ok to criticize without thinking he was a terrible coach. I rode the Les bandwagon to the end. Even would have rather kept him than handling the situation the way Aleva did. With that said, it’s hard to argue with the fact that the last couple of years under Les just seemed to be more of the same. Close games although we had superior talent and absolutely no short passing game. We seem to be headed in a better direction now. I don’t think Les was a horrible coach but I do think the rest of the conference began to get better and Les refused to make changes necessary to keep up

Timeout Les

We knew some things were a little “off” about Les early on.....including trying to call a timeout at a change of possession against Tennessee in 05. It really is amazing how successful he was.
