“Even after his elbow gets hit he does have a chance to bring this in”

Dudes an idiot.

Hilton’s hands were wide open to make the catch. After he was hit, his right hand was shoved all the way into his left hand and the ball hits the outside of his right hand. How TF does this idiot expect his to still catch it?

It’ll never be called, but once the guy hit his elbow like that the game was essentially over unless the ball caromed off to someone else.

Im not saying that. I just think Hilton catches it if his arm isn't hit by the defender
Whag about the first drive and the TD he dropped?

Saying it was "obviously pi" is fair but then you have to admit that the refs called a TD for lsu, that wasn't a TD

Just call a spade a spade

THOMAS HAD CONTROL OF THE BALL WITH HIS RIGHT HAND THE ENTIRE TIME. Sick of hearing that crap. I don't give a crap what his left hand was doing. You can have control with one hand and you can also move the ball as long as you have control which he did. And even though he might have hit Hiltons elbow it was right when the ball was getting there so bang bang play probably not going to get called. You have to come back to the ball in that situation. But I'll bet BT catches that.

Ok we gonna talk about Brian thomases 3rd TD that wasn't?

Even if you disagree with that TD call, it wasn't a 4th down or the last play of the game like the non-call PI on Hilton.

Was it technically PI? Probably so. Should it have been called in that situation as close as it was? Probably not.

It wasn’t like the No PI call at Auburn in 2006.

This right before the ball got there:

As the ball gets there, Ole Miss defender swats at his hand/the ball.
Impossible catch for Hilton as he never got both hands on it, but he had a chance if the Ole Miss defender wasn’t right there.

I do think it should have been called - this wasn’t a Hail Mary where you just throw it up and hope someone catches it; it was an accurate laser directed at a particular receiver that just happened to be the last play of the game.

They never call PI on the last play of the game. It is literally a free play to get away with anything.
