I was talking to an ASU booster after tennis today and he said the hard feelings had more to do with JD5’s mom and maybe some payments made during 2020 season. Don’t flame me; just sharing what he said.

Tell them they shouldn’t have have hard feelings at JD and his family they should have have had hard feelings for Herm Edwards for destroying their program. JD saw the writing on the wall and wanted no part of it I don’t blame him

Which was some bullshite. She was accused of paying for tickets for recruits to come on visits. Sounds like someone that should be lauded for dedication to the program.

He praised JD and said he had a hell of a year. He had zero hard feelings for him at all. I told him I got a laugh out of the old ASU clip on his teammates trashing his locker and saying he sucked. That’s when he brought up the mom.
He did mention Herm but I was already tuning out and packing my bag so can’t tell you what he said… something about his mom got caught up with Herm in some Covid thing.
