That's actually better then taking a knee. I guess they don't want to piss either side off.

Why do so many people let political bullshite, which most of this is ,in one way or another, effect there lives so much..just mute when there talking about something you don't agree with.

I swear it's like some around here are toddlers throwing a temper tantrum in the toy aisle at wal mart..jesus, if that isn't being a snowflake pussy ,then I don't know what is.

Yall would rather watch something else ? Theres nowhere to go ,its everywhere and it seems that most of the usa is all about supporting BLM .does it offends yall so much that you Can't tune it out? Just mute it. ,
I'm sorry but I'm loving the start to actual football, college is better though ,Miami canes plays tonight too .big 12 starts Saturday.

I'm not gonna miss out on rooting for one of the hardest working and most humble kids to come through lsu. I can't believe they have rattled yall that much

Edit: I'm not a Democrat, I want to make that crystal clear for obvious reasons,I'm just not gonna let them win, they wont change my life..
I think theres a huge discrepancy between BLM the marxists and just the term black lives matter. I think there are people who don't make that clear on purpose, so it seems that we don't think black lives matter. I'm sure theres people out there that get a kick out of knowing theres a difference to us and not saying shite

I want to watch former Tigers compete at the highest level. I don't give a shite what their political beliefs are.

Nice melt. This is really simple. There are those of us who want to preserve American traditions, principles, ideals and Institutions. And there are those of us who want to replace them with whatever Leftist Agitprop flavor O the day happens to be fashionable. Today that flava is Collective Race Guilt . So it’s natural that those with a deep love of country would opt out when those who loathe their country are denigrating it. Not sure why patriots opting out unnerves you so much. Nobody says you can’t watch.

Ok, so theres not gonna be players out there for the Anthem correct? That's what was reported. So ,and I'm gonna try to say this without laughing or something, the issues some of you have will be because theres a sticker on a helmet. As long as they don't talk about it like crazy ,then itll be a freaking sticker on a helmet that will look different, not much else.

If there is somebody talking about stuff you don't like to hear then put the fricker on mute and watch the all lsu backfield kick arse.

Lot of lying in here anyway ,half of yall will watch for clyde.
Btw, we are in the minority with our disdain for BLM the marxist organization. I know it seems like were all against it a lot of it is because this is Republican country, as yall know, and these message boards look 180 degrees different on pac 12 sites

Hey man, it's a football game. What are you even saying. It's a freaking football game that may spend 5 minutes saying something about players protesting for floyd .that's about it . What the hell does that have to do with anything you posted.

People are losing their minds, you don't see that they win if you change your interests because of them.

Does everyone have to share your opinion or there just not even worth talking to

You unravel into a chin-drooling puddle of nonsense when your assumptions are challenged. Don’t think everybody doesn’t notice.

As a free person ( for now ) you are welcome to watch what you want. And those who love their country, and who don’t want to capitulate to the Professional Race Grievance Industry can opt out. Simple. You do you . Stop being so hysterical.

I'm still willing to be there are more sane people left in this country than insane folks. I think we'll see that on Nov. 3rd. Just like 2016.

I'm not hysterical. I've never even spoken to you on here so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

So im not a patriot if I watch the nfl...oh the absolute horror. What will I do now that lsupimp from the internet says I'm not a patriot.. you are the ridiculous one..
You will watch anyway i bet and if you do then good if you don't then that's fine. Yall are taking this too far imo. Just because most of the country doesn't agree with us doesn't mean we shut them all out of our lives completely.

I don't see what watching football has to do with being a patriot. There not coming out for the Anthem so you wont have a heart attack when they kneel
. You should be ok from the stickers on the helmet but just to be safe let's put you on some clonidine. We just worry about your health if someone sneaks in a fist in the air during a time when you assumed the major threats were over. Concerned an unexpected fist from clyde will be too much for you to overcome and your bpi will be at stroke level if this happens.

For ur health just don't watch .

Edit: my bad, you didnt say patriot you said if you love your country you can opt out .. wow just wow my minds blown that your letting those frickers get to u .I hate to see it,seriously.

I’m sure about 99% of the people who say they’re going to protest the NFL will be watching from the comfort of their sofa this season! If you’re tired of the libs winning or for Some Americans to use their first amendment rights then you can probably go catch an Australian rules football game on ESPN Ocho around 3 AM if you really itching for something.

Exactly. The same exact people are taking a beer break during the national anthem when they are watching from their house

Judging from the responses here, I think the NFL and all other leagues are seriously underestimating how tired their customers are of all this BS. In business, it's generally not a good idea to have unhappy customers. They tend to vote with their wallets.

I'm not watching one second of the NFL. The politicization of the sport is nauseating, so I'll pass.

Hey Tigerpride18, aren't you glad you brought this up?
Geez!

By the way, Tyrann Mathieu will be starting for the Chiefs as well.
I guess we just don't care about these guys anymore.
