I couldnt get into the private party in the PMAC so I split without getting a picture of the back. But Pete is throwing one of his CLASSIC behind the back passes to Apple Sanders. Or somebody....

Matt McMahon was there too. Hopefully staying as far away as possible from Dale and Collis.

Why you say that? Brady was there too. Wanna include his name in there? Oh, and I didnt see Collis.

I did meet KJ Williams and get to talk to him for 15 mins or so. Sounds like a fine young man. Got a 2 month old. Hope he does well this year so he can make it to the league.

Never pass up an opportunity to throw shite at the greatest basketball coach in school history and a great former Tiger.

Looks more like he’s preparing to run a 4x400m relay than playing bball

You can see the back in a quick google search- sorry I can't post the picture.

The statue's body is nowhere close to resembling Pete's.

That statue of Pete has some Keiland Williams calves! (Give me an up vote if you remember how legandary Keilands Calves were)

It's great they did this. Well deserved and a long time coming.

They embellished his leg muscles. Pistol is jacked. Probably can squat 750.

Why wouldn’t they have made him shooting or throwing a pass?

I was there, and I was honored to be invited to attend. The guest speakers did a great job of honoring Pistol Pete Maravich.
Lots of great Tigers in attendance.
Scott Woodward was great, as well as many former coaches, players, and current Men’s Basketball coach Matt McMahon. I had the opportunity to speak with most of them, and the Tiger athletic program has tons of positive momentum!

Dammit, I can’t figure out how to submit pics! Down vote away on this old Tiger fan…. I’ve been trying but to no avail, sorry.

That's cool. The ball behind the back. Good work on that statue.
