If they fired him “for cause” in the middle of the season there would have to be some new major thing that came up or discovered during the season. They can’t decide now to fire him for something they knew about last winter. There’s no way it would hold up in court.

i tend to agree. i don't think lsu wants to continually put themselves in a bad pr spotlight. either way, there's no salary cap and its not my monies, we had the greatest LSU football season ever in 2019 so who gives a shite.

I didnt see it. I know he was talking about some 10 day waiting period or something in the contract.
