He claimed sauces so if it doesn’t happen he is exposed as a fraud.

Does anyone know if his post was credible?

Why in the world would you fire a coach the day before a game?

Several people have said that he’s a troll and has been known to do so regularly on different boards. Guess we will see

It would certainly support the case for a “for cause” termination though to do it the day before a game.

It’s inevitable at this point. Just a matter of Woodward and his team finalizing a date if they haven’t already

If it's for cause you do it no matter what day.

There were posts saying his contract gives him 10 days to "cure" the cause after he's notified.

The claim of Firing a coach on Friday didn’t expose him as a fraud already?

If this is a real thing in contracts what is the purpose of it?

There ain’t no fricking way a coach is getting fired on a Friday before a home game unless he’s done something incredibly bad, which Os shite isn’t that way, unless there’s somthing new.

If you are firing for cause you can’t wait until after the game. Cause has to be acted upon or you compromise your case.

Why would we hold Ed all week and then fire him the day before the game?

For cause requires an opportunity to respond. Cure periods or whatever language is to give the person notice and opportunity to correct the course.

OK I get that. But wouldn't you drop this in such a time period so you wouldn't have a interm coach take over the day before a game? If all this is real surely who ever is taking over would have been notified so he can be prepared. No way something like this doesn't leak out to the entire staff, team and support staff, not just some random dude on a message board. I know Woody is very calculated and runs a tight ship and keeps things in house, but I can't imagine something like this not leaking to the media. Even with the Mulkey hiring there were little cracks and leaks, it was just that no one believed it.

I don’t know if JudgeHolden is legit or not. But we really keep real insiders from sharing any info with this board with this moronic torches and pitchforks attitude if someone brings info which very well could be true when shared but changes due to the fluidity of these types of situations.

a firing on a Friday. Before a big home game is very bold. Creates a ton of buzz.

The only way I see it happening today is If they have some serious dirt on O and simply can’t have him around the team anymore

I heard the same, and they were pretty sure about it. I just don’t see firing the coach the day before the game. Unless there’s some legal reason for it.
