Gallo trade with Yankees
That will get him to majors quicker than staying in New York
Plus Yankees drafted ss in first round this year

Wait… are we allowed to talk about something other than the Brennan vs Johnson QB battle?

Being 5’8” and 150 lbs isn’t helping him either, but good for him. He gets to play baseball for a living for a little bit longer

Heckuva baseball player. If this is a good move for him then I'm all for it. Love to know my Tigers are doing well on the next level.

He’s not that small plus he was a top 15 prospect for the Yankees

He’ll make the majors faster in Texas. NY has established vets at 2B and SS. The Rangers don’t. Best of luck to him.

Hoping to see him here in Frisco soon! Enjoy watching former Tigers do their thing in MiLB.

Smith has been raking in the minors so far, probably a good trade for him to advance more quickly.

He's 5'10" 175. There are plenty of good baseball players his size and smaller. He can also play third base.

I liked him in pinstripes. Playing for a legendary franchise like the Yankees Cubs cards Sox white and red.

Smith is listed at 5’10” 175

Former AL MVP Mookie Betts is 5’9” 180
Former AL MVP Jose Altuve is 5’6” 165

Height doesn’t mean much in MLB if you can play

Yeah this 150 pound guy named Smith was only able to last 19 years in the bigs before his lack of weight did him in.
