I’m not going to speculate on why but it sure seems that someone powerful on the board wants Wade gone if this is true.

If they get rid of Wade, they may as well shut down the basketball program. This is the most buzz we have seen in a VERY long time for the program. You get rid of him, you get rid of the fans. \

I agree that Benford was the right choice to take over as interim. Given Williams’ history, I’m just wondering what his end game is. He’s an attorney. He should know that Wade is limited in what he can discuss about the situation.
