Johnny Jones was on the 1980-81 Final Four team that included Howard "Hi-C" Carter, Leonard "Swat" Mitchell, Greg "Cookie Man" Cook,
Ethan "E.T." Martin, Durand "Rudy" Macklin, Tyrone Black, Willie "Super Sub" Sims, John Tudor, and others.
Just about all of them had a nickname, and Johnny's was "Bullet" because of his fast dribbling, speed on fast breaks, etc.
