I agree he's awful. But VCU is a top 25 team. They were A10 co-champs last season. They had a higher recruiting ranking than us last season so I'm not sure how they have worse players. I'm not defending JJ. Our 18-8 turnover disparity didn't help.

We had a top 10 recruiting class the year before and didn't even make the NCAA tourney.

We fired a coach who routinely beat or competed with top teams, including Duke. Now we are embarrassed by a team that may be top twenty five.
How expectations have changed.

LSU is the worst team in the tournament with the exception of Wofford. They couldn't play with any of the others with JJ at the helm.
