along with d'eriq king? I dont think brennan could beat out king...could beat out gatewood easily though ... either way these guys have BIG shoes to fill

Man, i'm surprised to see LSU's name came up for some of these transfers.
I figured we were locked in with Brennan and Parrish.

Brennan is a lock, Parrish is going to transfer and I am not too sold on the 2 QB commits!

Brennan must not be a lock if King is talking about coming to LSU. King isn't coming here to sit the bench, just like Joe wasn't coming here to sit the bench.

Have you seen D'eriq King play? Kid can ball. Doesn't have it all together between the ears, but he is a crazy athlete and can throw a pretty ball. I'd love to see him in this offense

True but everyone has seen the offense and the vibe that is going around this year at LSU.
and yeah d'eriq king was a heisman candidate at one point so not sure if brennan would be a "lock" lol

One thing to keep in mind is these kids are testing the waters with LSU, not LSU reaching out to them. Not that we don't have some level of interest, but we also aren't actively pursuing a transfer QB at the moment.

If he came here and brennan beat him out then we are good to go!

This is what makes Joe so good.
I'd rather have a smart QB who makes good decisions and can read a defense.
