In 1864, when General William Sherman burned the entire city to the ground. History repeats itself this weekend for the Georgia Bulldogs.

I thought you were going to talk about LeBron getting drunk in Magic City with his entourage, but this works too.

If we win, Georgia will burn Atlanta down on their own

Coincidence? I think not.
"Make Georgia howl!"

Side note - was also the former superintendent of LSU's predecessor institution...

CEBA was under construction when I was leaving LSU, there was a suggestion to name it after Sherman, there was a legitimate uproar in the local community and in some parts of the state, there was no debating this, it was shot down with the quickness(and no, I didn't graduate at the end of the civil war)

Sherman was also first superintendent of LSU

Saved the seminary from burning, and gave the university the civil war cannons. Guy was a massive dick, but he did right by LSU.

Sherman was also the first superintendent of LSU. Two Ohio born men come to LSU then burn Atlanta to the ground. Its like it was meant to be.
