You are on point.

Dak is way too inconsistent to win in playoffs.

Hell he’s even too inconsistent to be a starter in the NFL let alone on a team like Dallas. Dudes been in over his head since day 1. We all chose to not believe it because he’s likable and we all want him to succeed. The fact of the matter is, he isn’t cut out for this.

Wouldn't know it from their success.

It’s pretty obvious their success is due to mostly Burrow and good offensive skill position players, not the OL. The Raiders pass rush got through multiple times unblocked.

Anyway, Burrow has more offensive weapons. The point stands.

Doubt the point stands considering your responding to my post that the Oline sucked and gave up the most sacks in the league.

51 sacks over 17 games = 3 per game avg.

Burrow played in 16 games, he sat out the 17th. So it’s a little over three sacks a game, but that’s just splitting hairs

Edit: Burrow got sacked twice and the Raiders had five QB hits in the playoff game.
Oline needs to be upgraded through the draft and free agency in the off season for sure.

Brady was 6th round.

EXACTLY! And has never had a contract paying that much a year, even though he is arguably the GOAT.

My point about skill position players absolutely stands, as the question was about skill position players. I threw OL out as langiappe and because Dallas traditionally has very good OL. But that's not really relevant to skill players. If anything, I'd suggest that Burrow's better skill players compensate for his lesser OL.

They both have as many Super Bowl rings as Dan Marino too. So what?

Well, mark my words, friend. He will never see a championship game. He cannot read a defense. The interception he threw was a good example of that. He had a really bad game as he has had many times this year.

I think all educated people agree that what a player gets paid is not necessarily reflective of how good he is.
