How much are we going to have to pay Ensminger since he's the guy that actually runs the offense according to some dopes here?
so acording to you LSU should lowball and go cheap with Brady because its not all him this year?

Its thinking like that that will put LSU back behind Alabama

Well, I'm sure Ensminger does like the run more, but runs set up passes and keep linebackers creeping up, which opens up the middle of the field for those middle passes we love.

So I'm sure the passing game coordinator understands the necessity of the running game.

Well that was quite the misinterpretation.

Has Ensminger not earned a raise?

I'm obviously on the Brady is the key to the new offense train, but you can't deny that Ensminger was involved.

$800K per year. Ensminger is the most laid back, easy to get along with person. He's not the jealous type and isn't gonna complain or threaten to leave if Brady makes more than him. Ensminger and the coaching staff will all get raises when LSU wins the NC

My dream would be to be a fired HC.

Chad Morris will be paid $10,000,000 to NOT coach football

I'm not sure how the play calling is done but I think Brady transitions into OC. If story is true, that is OC money and the DC is at 2.5 mill. CSE is a class act and a life long Tiger thru and thru.

He helped make this thing work, he begrudgingly took the OC job last season after the Canada fiasco. He is likely one party that encouraged CEO to get somebody to instill a new offense seeing the low numbers with a guy like Burrow last season.

I suspect CSE will move to qb coach and help with scheming each week. It may still be a tag team job to some degree next year.

I said it would be min 1.5 m max 2.0 m. 1.8 m sounds correct if they want to keep him or somebody will pay that dude 2 m to be their OC in a heartbeat

Brady will be the OC after this year.
E will step down once the Tigers win it all.

He is.

The ignorance of the OC position here is astounding.

It's as supervisory and organizational as any upper level mgmt job.

E is probably happy to have a nice transition back to the retirement or at least non-OC position he wanted to stay in. Ideally, E stays on one more year to help ease the burden of Brady transitioning to full OC mode, which comes with a lot to orchestrate. That title may be QB coach or co-OC. Doesn't matter.
