Culotta just said it is done. 4 years, 1.8 million per year.

What does E make? He cannot make more than E!

That's pretty high. There must be more attached to it.
I think it’s probably the worst kept secret that Brady will be OC next season. The writing has been on the wall since he was hired. Ensminger is close to retirement and didn’t necessarily want the OC job in the first place. This year, he’s training his replacement

Everyone knows that Brady calls the plays...Ensminger delivers them.
You'd be surprised.

Not to take anything away from E. Keep the band together for as long as possible.
Absolutely. Hell, give E a raise just for being associated with this offense.

Damn, all that for the guy who simply installed the offense and doesn't call plays?
How much are we going to have to pay Ensminger since he's the guy that actually runs the offense according to some dopes here?
Pay that duo whatever it takes to stay together a couple more years. It is obviously working and the longer Brady can learn from a seasoned vet like Ensminger about the other nuances and responsibilities of managing a major programs offense, the better.
There is a lot more to the job than installing the offense and calling plays. The gameplanning, recruiting, ego management, different teaching techniques, etc. There is a ton of institutional/tacit knowledge that Brady still needs to absorb.

Keep E. Keep Brady, Keep Aranda.
Keep doing EXACTLY what we’re doing with exactly the same people as long as possible.
Pay them all!
Whatever the chemistry is between E and Brady and O, it clearly works brilliantly.

It's not 1.8 Million a year.
I'll bet it is. Before the offense put their foot up Alabama's arse I had heard $1.3-1.5 per year.
After that game LSU is in no position to mess around.
Quite the come up or Joe. Was making $45k a year ago with the Saints.

I do'nt think E cares at all, which is why Brady is getting the money.
E didn't want to be the OC, but did it anyway, and i'm sure he has no problem handing the torch over to Brady, which is evident by this deal.
I don't think either of them care what title they have going forward. Everyone knows Brady is the OC, and E doesn't care that everyone knows that, and Brady is pretty damn happy now if that's the new deal numbers.
I like the idea of having E mentor Brady and help along the way, but really allowing Brady to be the OC. It helps a lot that E is ok with that type of scenario. He's been a true tiger since O brought him along.

It most likely is
Unless he is getting a title change, no way he is making that much. More than coach e. Yall can down vote away, but unless he is promoted to OC it's not happening.

It’s 1.8 per year, which is coordinator money, which is what we are setting him up to be. Was always the plan if things went well, which it has.
E and Brady will most likely be co-coordinators. Until E retires.

Well duh. You're the one who thinks we just negotiated a $40k raise for the man. Don't try to spin it now.
