All that proves is that ULL went with the decision to put 10 in the box, and got burned. The SEC has athletes that will make that work. Remember Arky last year? Stacked the box in the 2nd half, and LSU got how many 1st downs??

We'll see that every game until we can go over the top with our passing game. If we cant do it against ULL.......

Jordan has all the tools I would ever want in a QB:

Strong Arm
Tall
Mobile
Smart
Protects the ball and limits turnovers
willing to sacrifice himself
not scared to take a hit
Calm and poised

IMO the only thing that could hold him back is Accuracy and that is a big one.

His throws to the deep out, have been frozen ropes. He overthrew one deep ball this past weekend and underthrew another (the pic). Not sure of the distances, anybody know the real distance?

BS. his arm is plenty strong enough. Accuracy is his problem right now. The coaches were actually tryin gto shorten his release to take some off the throws to gain more accuracy.

He throws the deep comeback and deep out as well as anyone I've seen.

I'm quite sure JJ has a stronger arm than RS.

plenty strong enough for what? strong enough to not throw the ball into the endzone on a 35-40 yard fade when he's obviously put everything he's got into the throw?

dude's got an alex smith calibre arm...

Harper you don't know what you are talking about. Jefferson has a strong arm. Ask the coaches, the opposing coaches, the people who know football. They will tell you that arm strength will never be an issue for him.

something tells me you consider yourself "a people who knows football"

still waiting for you to actually support your case, not tell me to go ask a college coach to support your case for you.

JJ is a great kid, learning fast, but realistically should have been picked 4 times last week. He is well behind the progress of all of the other SEC contenders QB's because of his youth. Expect more growing pains, but be patient and a healthy Jefferson will do fine.

JJ is #4 in the SEC in completion % and is on the money 10-15 yards downfield

Yeah dudes a retard cause he doesnt agree with you.
IMO his arm looks plenty strong enough. THe ball he over threw was 50+ yards. His accuracy is an issue.
