re: will Jefferson turn in another Tebowesque performance in the BCSNC game?

I can promise you that Bama has a primary goal in this game.... take J. J. out by injury like they did in '09 and ,partially, in '10.
re: LSU Fans Becomming National Embarrassment

Our fans are not becoming a National embarrassment. LSU fans have been a National Embarrassment for many years prior to this one. Look at it this way--if Joe Fan is obsessing and agonizing over the actions of 18-22 year old amateurs and spewing unfounded criticism, he is likely to make those around him as miserable as he is.
I will never understand how our fans refuse to simply enjoy the unique and remarkable Tiger football experience. This is supposed to be fun--personally, I thought that goal line stand and punt return were fun to watch, some of the best plays I've seen in 50 years of following the Tigers. You sure wouldn't know it by reading all this crap and listening to the talk shows.

re: JJ Checked INTO the play on the first Lafell TD

JJ is a great kid, learning fast, but realistically should have been picked 4 times last week. He is well behind the progress of all of the other SEC contenders QB's because of his youth. Expect more growing pains, but be patient and a healthy Jefferson will do fine.
re: Tigers win 31-3, but did we learn anything?

When we need a dose of reality, Carl is the man for it. Regettably , unless J.J. grows up really fast (which is at least a possibilty)this is an 8-4 team. Every other contender in the SEC, plus Georgia and Arkansas, is far more advanced offensively than the Tigers right now.
