As soon as I see some results/improvements ON THE FIELD, I will happily admit I was wrong about Miles.

However, it's been 11 years and the guy can't fix the issue of getting the play in timely. Am I suddenly to believe that has been magically fixed by a new recruiting class and two new offensive assistants?

And it's not just that issue. That is but one example of his inability to critically assess his team and say "here is an issue" and "here is my attempt at a solution" rather than just wash rinse repeat with the same mistakes/lack of correction/bad offensive philosophy.
