A&M is a lot like LSU was before Saban arrived here. They have the money, talent pool, and fan support. The only thing different is they have much much better facilities than we did before Saban came. With the right coach A&M can be a serious contender and you are a fool if you don't believe that. I'm not saying Jimbo will be the one to awaken the "sleeping giant" but it's possible.

Until they learn to play defense Im not scared.

t just proves Alleva’s narrative of Jimbo unwilling to go to LSU was a lie. Ofc rational people knew that all along.

I believe that Jimbo absolutely wanted to come back to Lsu , but Aleeva wouldn’t pay him what he wanted.
I don’t think that Jimbo is worth 8,000,000 a year for 10 years . Do you?

Mullen at Florida is the bigger concern, but people who think that Jimbo at Atm won't be formiddible need to slap themselves.

That or more. I Can’t wait until the figures are released. There is no way in hell he is worth anywhere close to that. Sexton drug his sack all over a7m’s face and they lapped it up just as you would expect.

Regardless, there is zero downside to firing Alleva and hiring Woodward away from ATM. He’s the true prize, not Jimbo.

ETA I don’t think Woodward would pay that for Fisher without booster/internal pressure to do so.

I agree with you. The state of Texas produces big 12 players. Most schools run a spread offense and don’t develop many prostyle offensive linemen. This has been the main reason that lsu has dominated A&M. Their team is just worn down at the end off the season from playing a sec schedule.

fricking nothing!! Some of you are scared of your own damn shadow! Grow a pair !
Jimbo is a good coach , but some of you act like Bear , Saban , or Carroll is taking over at a7m.
Lsu will continue to be a top program, and nobody is afraid of Jimbo fricking Fisher!
Did Bama not skull drag their nuts all over Jimbos face this year?
Lsu will continue to beat a7m , so please stop these inferiority posts!
I could care fricking less if Jimbo or Jim Bob Cooter is hired by a7m!!!

Thank you. I couldn't care less where he goes, and I surely didn't want him here last year, this year, OR next year. Not saying he isn't a good coach, but "good coaches" aren't of slim pickings in college football. I never cared much for Jimbo.. Like you said, he's not Bear, Saban, Carroll, etc.. phack'em.

Is your “Shift” key broken are something?

Or is a7m supposed to be funny?

I could see one typo, but multiple times through multiple posts is definitely intent of some sort.

I would give Jimbo the benefit of the doubt here. I would say he has developed more elite QBs than he has been hampered without them. One really bad season doesn’t throw his past record immediately out of the window.
