And while I doubt Fletcher had the forethought to consider this, proving a legal case and proving an NCAA case are very different things.
Fletcher will get off with a slap on the wrist. The player would forfeit a portion of eligibility.

I think Sanders would have been much more of a tiger fan if he had refused to help the football player sell his stolen property. Why are we making him a hero?
