Well, I don't ever do this but I have hunch why. Let's just say you didn't hear such an outcry to throw Josh Johns in jail last year before he cleared his name. This fanbase is just like that sometimes.

Hillar has to make it appear that he is being hard on jeremy....thus leaving it up to the judge. judge will do what she does with every other case like this and give him a few more CS hours, etc.

Oh I know. It's crazy really. I guess they don't want to make it obvious or whatever but the ADA calling for jail time is insane.

FWIW, Ott is saying the video is really bad and he and Hanagriff agree that it's enough to kick him off the team. Said that Miles has a track record of not giving a shite who you are.

I believe Hill does not end up in jail, which is stupid to think its even a possibility, and his probation will not be revoked. I do believe that this will fall solely in Miles' lap.

Am I the only one that doesn't care the consequences Hill receives? I haven't read the whole thread, but he deserves to be suspended at minimum. How ridiculously stupid can you be to be given the keys to a Ferrari just to drive it like an a-hole and wreck it? All you're told is to be careful.
He can stay on the bench as far as I'm concerned. Blue is an animal (as long as he's healthy) and is PLENTY good enough to handle the load for this team.

red, keep in mind it was Ott that was going on about how bad the video is. Fwiw, there's no way he's even seen it so he's just talking out the side of his food-filled mouth as usual. Hanagriff just said Miles has a precedent in place and won't be afraid to dismiss him if that is what is needed.

This sums up the majority of the fanbase. Dont look at the situation objectively. Just get pissed off because "dammit if back in 49 if theyda only given me my shot I wouldna screwed it up...Ida been a legend"....they then turn around a couple topics later "Eric Andolsek was one mean sumbitch I tell you what...the football team took care of them at the bar"
