I hope Judge Bonnie Jackson isn't a Bama alumni.

No one in this thread has claimed to be witness to the incident

Sure seems to be a bunch of liars with "inside knowledge" claims though.

If a felony JH may be done. With a $500 bond seems to be a lesser charge and it is not another sexual battery charge so I do not forsee that being a violation of probation. This is pure speculation but he will probably not start and be suspended for a game or two tops. If more information to the contrary comes out then we all must speculate on a different course. Early in the off season so who truly knows.

$500 bail. Only simple battery at this point, NO felony.

Oh, yeah. The only way this is a probation violation is if he receives a second bj from a 14 year-old. 13? Good to go.

Exactly. It's not like he was thinking while it was goin down, man, if I hit this guy I might not make millions down the line. And also, he wouldn't have punched this dude if he wasn't provoked.

Just sayin that we only have pieces now, and now need to make judgements right now.

This is what the stupid and selfish LSU fans WON'T SEE............. they only thing they care about is winning football games. NOT the future IRL of this kid...........

Doesnt one directly affect the other?

If the law/school overlooks what appears to be normal college behavior then Hill plays and potentially gets drafted next year. If the Judge decides to screw him toss him up for probation then hes off the team and his draft stock/future income takes a severe hit which might never recover.
