my memory isn't that great, but I felt like he got us some key first downs, gained yards and gave alabama trouble with his running in that game. Also hear a lot of people say he was an average running quarterback but I thought he was a pretty good runner and strong as well as quick. No real dog in the fight but just seems like criticism is a little lopsided with him. I should know better than to even keep any thread like this going though.... shame on me.

In his four preseason games, Lee was 24 of 47 (51.1%) for 342 yards and a passer rating of 73.2.

What have Jarrett Lee's numbers been? Anyone?

Well in the few actual "Real" football games Lee played in the big boy league, he did pretty decent. But if we are gonna look at stats, JJ got cut from the Bucs before they even played a game. At least Lee made it through most of training camp on an NFL team. JJ sucks in a pass happy league where the teams probably couldn't beat Southern.

Jefferson had all the physical tools, but his decision making and attitude is what has soured the fans.

With his size and athleticism I think he could have been groomed into a good WR.

Also, had a big hand in Bama 2010 to best of my memory. I don't understand the obsession with him by so many. Guy hung in the pocket and took some hard hits for LSU. He's a former tiger - people should wish him the best... not healthy to condemn a man for life.

agreed.

Typical JJ stats.

That has got to be the worst in the AFL.
I thought so, too.

And then I looked up the VooDoo

Rocco, Kurt 54 of 114 (47%) 651 10/5

It becomes clear why certain guys don't make the NFL.

What team is Jarrett Lee playing on?
