so has he actually apologized? wtf was the point of all this?

PR damage control preempting when miles names JJ the starter, maybe by the Bama game.

Why? LSU starts 5 and 0 and you think Miles has all of a sudden tripped into common sense?

I don't think the anti-JJ crowd really cares about the apology. If he apologized, they would find something wrong with it. He is in a no win situation with ranters who want him gone from the team, and from the conspiracy theorists who see every move as a diabolical plot to make JL the no. 2 QB.

They already have, he already says he takes responsibility, but doesnt need to apologize to the team, they were there.

But these jack holes are so obsessed over this apology. It wont change a damn thing.

What does the last 5 games have to do with 09-10? And how do the last 5 games show JJ has improved considering he only played a few min in week 5?

he doesn't seem apologetic at all

he's bringing up team records and claiming the wins as his own

no apology? this is some serious posturing

Miles knows his locker room and will do what he feels to control it. But I don't know how he will view this situation. He should be very careful and if I were coach, I wouldn't let JJ speak publicly on any of this stuff for his own good.

The idiots on here feel he has served his time and should be given the keys to Baton Rouge because he was treated so harshly...nevermind that even if he hadn't gone out that night then he is still a sub-par QB

Yet what about the idiots (your term) that feel he should be roasted alive without being found guilty of anything more than a lot of players did that night?
Should all of them be equally roasted, or only the ones that you feel are sub-par?

quick argument, 21 attempts vs 0.

So from that stat line why would you think JJ would start or even play more than lee?
And this was against kentucky, them and ole miss are the worst teams in the sec this year.

So magically that number is going to start skewing the other way playing the #17 team?

He said he takes responsibility because he has to, FWIW.

Also, the entire team was there?

To everyone who questions why miles speaks so highly of JJ but doubts that JJ is worthy of the praise, is it possible that this is not about JJ but instead is about the next cam newton who is out there waiting to get recruited? See what I'm saying? "you don't want to go there. Look how he handed Jordan Jefferson.". Miles obviously likes a legit dual threat qb, so maybe, knowing JJ is the best one of those he has, miles feels it's necessary to put him On a pedestal.

Selfish like I stated earlier. It is all about Jefferson. I wish he would have taken lessons from Lee on how to be humble.
