Jeff Head is consistently the worst umpire in college baseball

This has probably been covered already, but frick that guy. He’s awful in the field and he’s particularly bad behind the plate.

He was consistently horrible all series. It’s amazing he is allowed to continue to be an ump.

It's not just this series. He's consistently terrible all the time. He's the only SEC umpire that I know by his face, and know his name. That says a lot.

You can tell how bad an umpire he is, when both team's batters and pitchers have no clue how to adjust to his strike zone.

I understand umpiring is not always easy especially calling balls and strikes. But when you are consistently worse than the other umpires, then you are just not good at your job.

Head is so bad he can't even make the same shitty erroneous calls behind the plate and instead conjures up a new strike zone during an AB. He can't even get plain as day calls at 1B correct. SEC coaches should band together and get him tossed from calling conference games.
