What are yalls thoughts on Jazz leaving. I find it kind of suspicious of him announcing that he's transferring right after serving a one game suspension. I also feel like he could have gone to a bigger school then northwestern with his talent. I kind of feel like he was asked to leave the team. Has anybody had the same thought?

Bigger schools don't want a dude who was suspended indefinitely after not being able to get on the field much. Sometimes coaches actually judge the character of a dude before just screaming for them to come to their program.

People forget about this constantly. If you transfer to an FCS or DIV-II school from an FBS school, you dont have to sit out a year. That's a huge deal, means for a lot of these guys they can still graduate in 4 years and not have to stick around a 5th because they sat out a year.

He was suspended for 4 games, would've been 5 had one not been cancelled.
My speculation is that he was asked to find a new school by the coaching staff.

I was hoping to see more of his 6'5" frame leaping up over cornerbacks this fall...but receiver has never been a position of depleted depth at LSU, next man up. I wish him luck. He will be the man at northwestern.
