Now we have no reliable pitcher sunday to win the regional. Bats aren't exactly killing it. If for some way Anderson is not on and we lose tonight it gets worse. BOOK mark it.

What will DBU’s pitching situation look like if LSU starts 2-0 in this regional?
Eta DBU’s biggest weakness is their pen. They are the ones who will have a hard time finishing off LSU, even if they won tonight

The team that starts off 2-0 in any given regional will only need to win 3 games to advance. A team that loses one of the first two will need to win 4 to advance, and will have to beat the 2-0 team twice in a row while having used up an extra game of pitching compared to them. Therefore Jay is pitching our best two guys to maximize our chances of starting 2-0.

Currently we have
Anderson, Cowan, Evans, Shores, Noot who are all reliable.
Hope to lot tonight it’s Anderson and Cowan/Evans
then Game 3 you can throw Evans/Cowan (whoever you didn’t use) Back him up with Ware and Shores and Williams.
game 4 if you need it you have Noot and Mayers full rest and it’s all hands on deck
We haven’t seen Schmidt in a while but I am sure he is still working on things.

Pitching off game 1 against a horrible team would have maximized the chances of going 3-0 imo.

I'm just saying it's baseball. Anything can happen. DBU is very capable of winning this. Hope not. Bats need to get hot with valuable hits. Jones needs to wake up.
