but my analysis is based on the fact that our strategic advantages this year should lie with our superior talent at WR

exactly, we have the NCAA version of Randy Moss and Fitz on our team... theyre huge recievers

no doubt he played a part, but given our running and offensive line woes I don't know of many quarterbacks in college football who could have performed well for us last year.

Fair enough. We had lots of problems and Jefferson definitely wasn't the only one, but he didn't help matters any.

Here's to a season with an offense ranked in the top 100

In all seriousness, if Jordan hasn't improved greatly... i wouldn't mind giving jarrett another shot but... I think Jordan will be fine with some protection.

Not really. Name a situation where throwing an interception is better than taking a sack? 4th down?

The Spring game should be a turkey shoot for Jefferson and he couldn't even hit the broad side of a barn. His demeanor in that game was even more troubling.

Again, I'm not saying Lee is a great QB, but i just think his overall skill set is better.

Lee was thrown to the wolves and consequently under the bus. One way or another he makes plays by throwing it. He's current on the due paying list, IMO that's when it usually clicks and a qb becomes a gamer.

Then again, he could throw 12 pick 6's and I could be wrong.

Well if you throw a pick on 3rd down and they get it around their 20ish then its a punt

if you take 3 sacks in a row (beginign of the 1nd half at UGA) then you give them the ball on your side of the field

Don't talk shite about my boy Tiger Ryno. He may be a little misled in his reasoning here, but he's alright.

they also had to dumb down the offense quite a bit for Jordan last year to do the plays they thought he did best. Hopefully he knows the entire playbook this year and can make adjustments better. No matter who our QB is I'll be on their bandwagon rooting them on.

I can't believe you guys. Haven't you learned from the rant that all of the LSU players read td.com religiously. You are going to crush the hopes and dreams of a kid just trying to play football. Heartless bastards.

being completely inept at moving the ball and putting points up is way more detrimental than a couple picks
