If he gets a combine invite, he can make a case for himself.

If he doesn't. he can always blow them away at Pro Day.

He'll have opportunities.

That second TD throw was legitimately awesome.

One of the best throws I've ever seen him make.

One week after not taking a snap in the most important game of his career, former LSU quarterback Jarrett Lee proved he could still play some football.

Lee played in the Casino Del Sol All Star Game in Tuscon, AZ and looked like a championship quarterback delivering crisp accurate passes time and again, throwing for two touchdown and no interceptions. Official stats were not given, however it appeared that Lee finished 12 of 17 for just under 200 yards.

LSU fans have wondered "what if" for the past week, after Lee failed to see the field in the BCS National Championship against Alabama. The Tigers lost 21-0 as the offense struggled to move the ball all night, gaining less than 100 total yards of offense.

Pretty good stats and what could have been. Do I think he gets drafted , no. Career backup udfa maybe time will tell. Good for him no reason he should not have played in the NCG

If the scouts pay any attention on how this QB was treated the past two years they will realize Lee has saved a lot of games for LSU and has made some incredible plays in the process.

Seems like exactly what most thought about Flynn before his Sr year, and with many, even during his sr year.

How can we explain just how badly Les Miles handled LSU offense in the BCS wreck?

Pregame write up

QB Jarrett Lee, LSU – He’ll be more than just warm up on the sidelines Monday night, a week after Tigers coach Les Miles never called upon to rescue a quarterback Jordan Jefferson and a stalled LSU offense in the national title game vs. Alabama. Lee, who started the first nine games of the season, is trying to turn into the next Matt Flynn, who was a seventh-round pick out of LSU before emerging now as a coveted free-agent in the NFL.

Post game article

Jarrett Lee nearly got his comeback.

The LSU quarterback, who never got off the bench in the national championship game as the Tigers were shutout by Alabama, directed his team on a late touchdown drive at the Casino Del Sol All-Star Game at Kino Stadium on Monday night.

He was then upstaged by San Jose State quarterback Matt Faulkner and a Division II wide receiver who once led Kansas State in rushing.

Lee’s 16-yard touchdown pass to Rich Rossi of Sacred Heart University with 3:36 left gave the Stars (East) team a 21-17 lead. The Stripes (West) came back with a 17-play drive.

He did better in the little time he played than that choke artist did in 2 game!

This. We all have our preferences but I supported who ever the coach put out on the field. Some can't handle that.

We really enjoyed watching the game. All the 5 QBs that we saw were better than JJ. What a shame. We actually saw a good option guy on the Stripes. Lee came in and had the game won with the awesome passing, but the D could not hold on. Otherwise, he would have been the O player of the game.
