Up to bat again?

Show me where I bashed him. You can't. Strike 1.

Trying to pawn off your horrible take as mine? No sir. Strike 2.

Dickhead?

.000 for the day.

You can but it’s very ungrateful.
Me criticizing his timing of the decision is not being ungrateful. I'm not criticizing him, I'm not criticizing the decision. I expected it, to be honest.

I'm criticizing the timing of it. We're 3 weeks away from potential kickoff (if it happens). Now Ensminger and Linehan have to scramble and make adjustments in their gameplan. At a time that one of the younger guys could have been given more reps to fill the spot that they will have to fill now, they were sitting on the sideline wasting time.

To hell with the idea that I can't criticize that. I'm VERY grateful of that entire team and coaching staff for the year they gave us.

Did you not say this:

quote:

Just like fans work their arse off to support LSU.

That’s you making the comparison.

Don’t run from it like a chump.

And you said that defend someone calling Chase entitled

What world are you living in?

That was in response to the poster who said Chase was "entitled to guard his future" because he worked hard TO BETTER HIMSELF and HIS FUTURE. Plenty of us work hard to be able to contribute back to our alma mater because we love LSU and we don't need bleeding hearts like you telling us we shouldn't call a player out where we see fit.

You, on the other hand, tried to equate Chase's commitment to his team to a random fan selling a ticket.

You still swinging?

Calling out Chase makes you look remedial. This young man has a chance at life changing money for him and his family. Nobody know the long term effect of covid. Why risk your career playing a game for free when you don’t have to. The kid wanted to play, but as the time got closer. The reality of corona and his future set in. Last week, damn near the whole offensive line got hit with covid. That probably was the last straw for him and his family.

You’re too dumb to see your weird double standard.

My whole point is when you make decisions for your family no one call you out for being a bad fan.

When Chase makes decisions somehow working hard to pay for tickets entitles you to say whatever you want.

Which is inane, because whether or not I attend a game doesn't say anything about my fanhood. In my opinion, which I shouldn't need a disclaimer for, Chase let his team down with his timing.

You need to stop being so emotional about this. This is getting pathetic.

You seem to give yourself a ton of slack that you’re not going to extend Chase.

You’re throwing a tan stem because a player only gave our team a MONTH to prepaid for him being gone instead of a month and two weeks.

I would argue that he owes LSU the courtesy of not stringing them along until a month before the first game.

Again he doesn't owe you or any fan a f'n thing.

Chase was a PART of one of the best season in the history of college football. If Joe, Clyde, Justin, or Thad don’t show up, we’re singing a whole different tune. It was a true team effort from the offense.

Says the guy who is trippin so hard he can't spell, who is so heated he's resorted to pitiful ad hominems, and displays ZERO self-awareness.

You can barely communicate, I shouldn't be surprised that you can't stay calm.

It’s not ad hominem to point out your argument isn’t consistent. If I said you cheat on your wife so we can’t believe anything you say about commitment it would be ad hominem.

You made a bad analogy. Made the argument that you’re entitled to an opinion because you work hard for the money you spend as a fan, and then tried to foist that analogy on my when I pointed our that it doesn’t support your position.

That’s not a personal attack.

You’re too oblivious to realize all this.

But you’re typing skills are great. You would make a good secretary. Now that’s an ad hominem attack, like you’ve been slinging.

Serious question: can we repurpose Ja’Marr’s scholarship? Or repurpose any of the scholarships not being used?

Has the NCAA made a statement on this? Their scholarships shouldn’t be counted against programs. And if they are, they need to be yanked. We shouldn’t be boarding, feeding, educating, and spending tax payer money on these dudes just to hang out on campus.

Not engaging in this again. You are unreasonable.

The height of irony.

Your*.

Saying I would be a good secretary (I think I could be great, actually) wasn't an ad hominem, by the way. Calling me a dickhead because I'm not holding Chase to a lesser standard than I would my son IS though. You really ought to crack a book open sometime.

You are also more than welcome to quote my personal attacks toward you. I have time.

Never mentioned your son.

Never called you a dickhead.

Pointed out that you’re holding Chase to a different standard than yourself.

That’s not ad hominem.

This will be the last time I ever respond to you. You are clearly unable to communicate effectively; you cannot comprehend what is clearly written and you cannot express yourself without devolving into a mess.

quote:

Never mentioned your son.

Never said you did. I mentioned him because I teach him to honor his commitments to us, his school, and his teammates. People should keep their word and that includes Ja'Marr Chase. Decisions affect others, especially in this situation.

quote:

Never called you a dickhead.

"2. That’s your analogy dickhead." Can't take you seriously if you aren't honest. Definitely can't take you seriously if you don't remember things you said an hour ago.

quote:

Pointed out that you’re holding Chase to a different standard than yourself.

Au contraire mon frere, I'm holding Chase to the same standard as myself. You saying otherwise doesn't make it true.

quote:

That’s not ad hominem.

No, it's just incorrect.
