From everything coming out of camp, he’s playing at a higher level than OBJ, Jarvis, and Clayton as freshmen. This kid has a chance to thrive in this new offense. Smooth route runner, great hands, and ability to run after the catch. Hoping for an injury free year and exciting plays from this guy.

Anxious to see if our offense can consistently get him the football.

I was going to say...Chase might not even be the best freshman WR on the team.

Sure hope we can get him the ball in space. I'm impressed with this guy.

Don't forget Jerel Myers. Was basically the only good thing about the '99 offense.

Am I the only person who remember OBJ sucking it up as a freshman. He couldn’t have caught a cold if he tried.

Well that’s a reasonable expectation

I'll believe it when I see it. Especially with our offensive woes. Clayton will be tough to overtake

Not to say Myers wasn't a good wr for LSU that year, but Domanick Davis had a Freshman All-American season in 99 as well.

Best in school history before the 1st snap.

Not setting this kid up to fail or anything. I’d stop sleeping on Terrace Marshall btw.

Loved watching that kid play. One of my favorite Tigers.
