Not the OP gif, but the one where Adams drew the unsportsmanlike conduct flag against Florida.

Although I love Adams as much as anyone in the world...we don't really know what his "responsibility" was on this play. We don't know what the coverage was, clearly Battle is playing a free zone, Adams could have had the right flat coverage

Adams presnap moves from the strong side of the formation to the weak side without any type of motion from the offense right before the snap.

I have to say that this very play really shows us why this year's defense was so damned great.

Mr. Heisman did well to just get the ball to his pitch guy with Key bearing down on him. Without Key forcing his hand, he would have been able to go to his right flat where he had his guy one on one with Alexander (who was out of position at first due to Lamar's being a threat to take it in himself)

Instead, he decided to go with his option to the left which seemed smart enough if he wouldn't have been going against LSU. Jamal simply shouldn't have been able to get there. I guess that the film room paid off big time right there because once he cheated to that side an unblocked Adams was gonna eat.

Aranda really had these guys on their game this year!

One of the best safetys around the LOS I've ever seen. His only issues seem to be in coverage, but he's still above average at it.

Jamal is great at coverage. He really locked down the Lou TE who was a big target for Lamar all year. He also covered well all year. He's no cover corner but he is definitely going to be a good cover safety in the NFL since they really never cover the fast WRs one on one anyway.

Yep. Also helps that the players are allowed to watch film now of their opponents.

My what a novel idea. Someone should have told Les about it.

So is it your position that Les prevented the players from watching film?

Also, I believe that's Riley right behind him, who was in position to make the play after Adams. Studs, both of them.

You know that is a great point. Games under O appear to see the team prepared better.

I think it's quite obvious from numerous reports as well as information DIRECTLY from coach O that they began focusing MORE on film study and preparation than out on the field doing tackling, walkthroughs, hitting, etc

Of course Miles had players and coaches watch film, quite being obtuse
