Interesting. I did not know that. Good rule to ease transition.

Yes.
That is a totally out of place comment.

If someone wants to say undisciplined that is fine

Excellent post Stewie.

Did not know about that rule.

That is a good gesture by the NCAA to help teams changing coaches.

The point is if he doesn't redshirt he won't ever play college basketball again.

That doesn't mean he's on scholarship.

I'll miss him. He hit some big shots his freshman year. Glad to see he can play another year somewhere else while finishing school here on scholarship.

Hood ball is street ball. Meaning there's no discipline. Just guys running up and down the court with no organization, trying to make a highlight reel play and not worrying about the overall success of the team and playing team ball. You know damn well what it means and it is in no way meant to be racist...you made it racist. There are white guys who play hood ball you fool...it has nothing to do with skin color and i never brought that up. It's simply a term for basketball that is undisciplined and unorganized. I pull for LSU no matter what, no matter what the overall racial makeup of our team is, or what race the coach is. I've never even thought of it actually. An LSU tiger is an LSU tiger, just like a human is a human, no matter what race. frick you. Black, white, yellow, doesn't matter. I was in support of johnny jones until he proved to be an inadequate head coach. I also was in favor of les mIles being fired because he was an inadequate head coach. Screw you.

Patterson would never have touched the floor in D1 if he wasn't a high school teammate of Ben Simmons.

Fact

Hell yeah it's a fact. All he did was jack up 3s and miss or turn the ball over.

Still a lot of transfers out there. Wade likes to play 9 guys, so if he feels like he's got that nine already I would guess they won't force the issue. Plus they like Marshall Graves.

Patterson graduating will also help the basketball academic score.

I honestly wonder how old you are if you think the year with Simmons was "one of the most exciting years in the program"?

Nope. LSU will pay his way and it won't count against the scholarship limit.

and when he graduates it will help LSU with its APR as well versus him transferring out this year....

Did not say the last 3 years have been our most exciting, Simmons one and only was exciting, that Oklahoma game was pretty awesome to be at, even though we came up short. Very disappointing but to say leading up was one of the most exciting times would be a lie.

you must not watch much college basketball or are pretty young. Every game was like that from 1979-1992. You would have shite a brick watching UK and LSU go at it.
Then there was Bama, UGA, and the teams we scheduled non-conf like UNLV, GaTech, etc. and Arky and Nolan Richardson.
