TMZ is at the front of crap like this. The Kap and 2 others 49ers investigation was just closed. I believe women should start being punished for this shite. She gets off free after running those guys' reputation through the mud. Why aren't they punished for false accusations? I'm seeing too much of this crap popping up in the sports world. These guys need to learn to be more careful with women. One night can ruin your whole life, and I aint talking about a baby.

He's a safety, and he's not the most athletic. He'd have to post monster production to get a first round grade. IMO though, he has a breakout year at a more natural position, and gets a 2nd round grade. The second round is where I would place him with a great season. With a good season, 3rd round. The reason I say this is because he is not going to explode at the combine.

Did I miss something today? I saw a brief update story this morning on WAFB that referenced the presence of "many witnesses" to the incident but added on info on the alleged crime. Why do you think they will not prosecute one day after an arrest? Also if this is reduced to a misdemeanor charge... no GJ and the Rant Lawyers will be out of a job.

Suing for libel keeps the story alive. So unless the DA does something, it is in the player's interest to let the story die.

I agree with your assessment. In my book, anything fourth round or above is a friggin stud. But we have these yo-yos on here saying he was garbage. I hope he turns out to be as good a safety as he is a corner. In fact, I still think corner is his natural position, and his NFL team might move him back. The dude would make the NFL at either position. If someone doesn't believe that, he's no judge of defensive backs.

From everything I've pieced together, Mills didn't do much wrong besides try to break up a fight. It appears the victim's story is mostly bullshite other than knocking on his door.
