I haven't read any of this, but just saw an article that said that witnesses are saying that it was another woman who did it.
If that's the case, I'm guessing something was going on between the three, and she maybe "lost the battle". After getting hit, she thinks she'll "win the war" by ruining his life and image. Her story makes no sense. The other one seems at least plausible.
This is similar to what happened to Carlos Hyde right before the season last year. Some girl says that he hits her in the face at the bar/club. Looking at the tape, it seems as if he just put his hands in her face, but she sure acted her part. The girl initiated the exchange first (by that I mean calling him over). Meyer, in the midst of the media blasting him over Hernandez and all the other shite that went on under his watch at UF, gave him an unjust 3 game suspension even after the charges were dropped. Basically trying to "save face".
I've seen this a lot in the news. Guy doesn't want the girl, so she wants to ruin him. Everybody sides with the female (like they always do), until it is found out that her stories have a bunch of holes. Don't know if that is happening here, but it's more likely than what she reported.

I expect him to be cleared.

I hope this is all cleared up soon. it would be terrible for his name to be drug through the mud like this and it was because of an accident...
Same thing happened to Carlos Hyde last year and it was proven false and the charges were dropped. Nobody even brings up the happening, not even the media even during the NFL Draft process.

Meh, if he wasn't an LSU football player everyone would think he is a tPOS for just being in that situation
No not meh, I don't like when people get ran through the mud on accusations until the facts all come out. Everybody hears one side of the story, and that's it.

Exactly. We all should just want what's right to be right.. regardless.

Is her name on the warrant? Where can we find the accusers info? If Mills did he he deserves to be gone and will be. However if she's lying her name must be released and she must deal with the consequences.

Maybe she looked like a large manly gump in the dark?
Too soon?

Ya know, there was a time in America, when a person was persumed Innocent until proven guilty. Man oh man. How bout we all wait and see what FACTS come out. I dont know this Boy or anyone on the Team. But in my eyes, he is as innocent as any of us until soemone proves otherwise. Have a Great day.

I like Mills but you claiming that he isn't as good as White or Robinson is a head scratcher
Well I saw a lot of this last year
And a lot of this
And even more of this
AND MOST OF ALL THIS

When has that ever been the case in the court of public opinion. I'd say we've progressed in this area. They used to hang people without a trial.

His story seems far, far, far more plausible than her story
He would have been arrested several times in tiger land by this point if he had that kind of anger issue. Football players live a nice life in BR, but there is always some drunk a-hole who starts shite for no reason. I saw beckwith get hit in 2007 and he wasn't even drinking

That's still the case. You are trying to equate public opinion to legal defense here, which is not accurate. It's like crying "1st Amendment" when you get banned by TD.

It's starting to sound like the cops may need to arrest the "victim." It sounds more and more like she went to his apartment and started a fight with another girl. Losing a fight should doesn't mean it was legal to start it. It'll be funny if the other girl decides to press charges.
They probably won't, but I could see it helping out Mills' public perception.
